Analysing Growth from a Labour Perspective.
All is not what it seems in the world of economics. Peter Gallagher takes the Prime Minister to task about how she proposes to increase New Zealand's growth rate. The Prime Minister's solution may provide a temporary fillip in the growth rate but without serious work and a proper understanding of growth rate and its components we will not get that vital permanent increase in growth rate that is essential if are to catch up with the Aussies.
