France's Embattled Government

Mass demonstrations continued in France over the weekend as students, trade unionists and other protesters called on the government to scrap a new labour law for young people. Trade union leaders were due to decide on Monday whether to call for a general strike against the law. The upheaval in France look set to go on this week.
